🔄 1. Cancellation Policy
A. Daily/Short-Term Bookings (Meeting Rooms / Co-working Spaces):
•Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
•Bookings can be rescheduled once only, free of charge, if the request is made at least 12 hours in advance.
B. Monthly Bookings (Private Offices / Virtual Office Packages):
•Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 business days before the renewal date.
•If cancellation occurs after the new billing cycle begins, the monthly payment is non-refundable.
•Verbal or phone cancellations are not accepted without written confirmation via email or official request form.

💸 2. Refund Policy
•Refunds are only processed in the event of a service issue caused by Makanak or if the provided office space does not match the agreed specifications.
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, and funds will be returned via the same payment method used.
•No refunds will be issued for voluntary cancellations initiated by the client without a service-related issue.
