(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Makanak Workspace, referred to as “Makanak”, to its customers or contractual partners. Any customer terms and conditions that conflict with or exceed these terms and conditions will not apply without express written confirmation by Makanak.
(2) Our services are available to both private individuals and entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur is defined as any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
(3) Any agreements made between Makanak and its customers in individual contracts must be in writing and take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
(1) Makanak offers office space, workspaces, meeting and Training rooms, virtual office services, and associated infrastructure, including unlimited internet access (WLAN), within the scope of the workspace tariffs offered.
(2) The availability of certain services may vary depending on the chosen tariff/contract type.
(3) Meeting and training room credits, depending on the booked tariff, are valid per month and cannot be carried over to the next month.
(4) Contracts are concluded in person and cannot be transferred to third parties.
(5) Workspaces are equipped with essential amenities, including a table, chair, electricity, lighting, and internet access.
(6) Customers are responsible for ensuring the functionality of the equipment upon commencement of the contractual relationship.
(7) By booking a virtual office address, customers are granted the right to use the provided address as their business address during the contract period.
(8) Customers are responsible for collecting mail received at the virtual office address within the specified timeframe.
(9) Workspace may only be used for the purpose specified in the license agreement. Any change in enterprise requires express written agreement from Makanak.

(2) Makanak reserves the right to expel customers for inappropriate behavior.
(3) Office Address Usage: Customers utilizing the office address (virtual office) may use the provided address as their business address during the contracted period, designating it as their company headquarters.
(4) Intended Use: Workspace may only be used for the purpose specified and described in the license agreement. Any changes to the enterprise require express written agreement from Makanak. Violation of this provision may result in termination without notice.
(1) Contracts are concluded based on initiated bookings accepted by Makanak.
(2) Customers must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided and promptly notify Makanak of any changes.
(1) Prices include VAT and services included in the selected tariff.
(2) Payment methods include credit cards (MasterCard, VISA…), and debit cards.
(3) Bank charges resulting from non-payment or objections are borne by the customer.
(4) Service fees are due by the third working day of each month.
(1) Contracts are concluded for a limited period and may be terminated with notice.
(2) Both parties may terminate indefinite contracts with a notice period of four weeks.
(3) Premature termination for cause remains unaffected for both parties.
(4) Makanak may terminate the contract without notice for certain reasons, including non-payment or breach of contractual obligations.
(5) Customers must return workspaces in a contractual and faultless condition upon termination, liable for any damages incurred.
(1) Subletting is prohibited.
(2) Repairs and structural changes may be carried out by Makanak after consultation with the customer.
(3) Alterations to workspaces require written permission from Makanak.
(4) Makanak provides technical equipment in perfect condition, and customers are responsible for proper use.
(1) Customers agree to use the services for lawful purposes and refrain from posting unlawful or offensive material.
(2) Makanak may disclose content to satisfy legal requirements or protect its rights.
(1) Makanak strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee its accuracy.
(2) Makanak is not liable for any errors or omissions on the website.
Makanak is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked on its site.
Makanak provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties. Makanak will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makanak from any third-party claims arising from their use of the services.
Makanak reserves the right to seek remedies for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
